We exercise due diligence in preparing, cooking and delivery of the food by using the most efficient and safe methods and documents concerning health and safety, Food and Hygiene, HACCP and Risk Assessment and public liability insurance are readily available if so required We ensure that food safety is not compromised and consider it fundamental to our success.
We have now been awarded 5 Star rating by the Environmental Health Authorities. We have recently implemented allergen information labelling guidelines regarding the ingredients in our menu items. We source products from approved and leading suppliers and distributors with delivery check specification that meet HACCP requirements.
