In association with Rara Caterers ,Regal Spice has come up with a new concept Regal (Cook-Chill-Frozen) in providing more flexibility to supplying Cook-Chill-Frozen food products as individual or cater-pack

Direct to consumers who have busy lifestyles (be it for domestic or business commitments or a working professional).

 to retail or wholesale to the hospitality industry.

 

The range currently under development includes authentic curry sauces, mild to medium spicy (suitable for any seasonal vegetables, chicken, lamb and fish items) and ready to cook MoMos (dumplings). Traditional Indian desserts in bulk  such as Gulab Jamon and carrot pudding (Gajar Halwa) are also available. The solution on offer is easy, flexible, cost-effective, hygienic and time-saving. 

 

Each range will be suitably labelled with allergen and shelf life information, cooking and storing instruction

What is Cook-Chill Frozen Products?

Cook-Chill a system of catering where food is prepared in advance. It is then portioned into containers and blast chilled until 0-3 degrees centigrade. thereby retaining both freshness and flavour.

Simply follow the cooking instructions by adding vegetables, chicken, lamb, fish as appropriate.

 

Cook-freeze follows the same principals as cook-chill; however, the food, rather than being rapidly chilled, is frozen quickly to -20 °C. This allows the storage of the food for a longer duration.

 

Order in advance and store for instant or future use.

Cooked with cream & butter tomato, cashew nuts and fenugreek. 

 

Suitable to mix with boiled or steamed cooked Mixed Vegetable, Chicken, Lamb and Prawns.

Korma Sauce

Cooked in a sauce with cream, almonds & desiccated coconut.
