Health and Safety at Work Place
Health and safety is an integral part of our restaurant's operation for multiple reasons. One is the moral and ethical responsibility to protect employees and customers from physical injury and illness. The other important is to serve healthy and wholesome food in the safest environment.
We emphasis to all of our employees that need an awareness of health and safety.
We have a system of training for any workers required to take health and safety induction training at the start of a new job. Regular staff also periodically take refreshing training about the awareness of key health and safety issues, understanding of general health and safety practices and the control measures required to reduce risks in the workplace.
We have bespoke measures to control the risk for both food safety, health and hygiene by following and implementing as proper cleaning schedule and procedures, using appropriate cleaning products including cleaning chemicals such as bactericidal, disinfectant, correct use of PPE, good hygiene practice, effective pest control system, hygiene signs and food labels and full monitoring system.
Our Health & Safety system has been following the government updates in the fight against COVID-19, and they’ve been creating a variety of content to keep us updated with the latest information as soon as we have it and are working to implement these measures in action for our business.
Understandably, there are real concerns about the steps to take to manage the risk of the spread of COVID-19, we have complied a maximum label of practical steps not to be involved with this virus for the safety of us (employees ) and our customers who come into contact with our business.
